The first residential home to be built in Grandfather Mountain Resort was updated architecturally. This offered an opportunity to address the landscaping as well. A new stone patio adds seating overlooking the golf course with boulders embedded into the walls. New retaining walls surrounding the home create landscaped terraces separated by stone steps throughout.
